First you must register a domain name with TACWeb. If you have not already done so, please go to our Domain Registration page to register your own domain name.

If you have already registered your domain name with TACWeb then you can setup as many email addresses at your domain as you want. Some of our hosting plans come with a specified number of email accounts. Individual email accounts are $5 per month (3 month min.) if not included in your hosting plan.

Many companies set up email similar to their office phone directory/extensions:

JohnS@yourcompany.com - President
BillP@yourcompany.com - Sales
SueP@yourcompany.com - Customer Service

Once your email account is setup, you can access your account (with a password) to retrieve email as often as you like, and from anywhere you have Internet access world wide.

You can setup three types of email accounts at your domain name

• A POP account is the type where you setup a password and log in to get your email.
• A Forwarding email address will automaticlally send your mail to another email address which you specify.
• Auto Responder is an email address that when mail is sent to the responder email address an email which contains a message that you specify is automatically sent to the sender of the email.
